We do not have a fixed run, All our shuttle buses change and adopt to the demands, flights, number of people booked etc, However when you choose a time we shall do our very best to match the same or the closest
No, once you have made the booking either on our website or thru our office we shall send you a booking confirmation to your registered email, however we strongly encourage that you keep an eye on the email if there is a change of pick up you will be notified via the email, however if you have not received anything from us then the original time stands.
We don't give out our drivers contact details, however please remember that thus is a shuttle bus picking customers at various locations, traffic conditions and weather can make the bus to be delayed by 5-10 minutes and we appreciate your understanding that we don't guarantee the pick up time, however if you see its delayed more then 15 minutes then please feel free to call us.
Please collect your bags and wait at Carousel 3, If you don't see our driver don't panic, he must be either loading the luggage of other customers or meeting, Please be patient and he will come looking for you and has your name/contact details.
Private transfers are exclusive coach just for you and not shared with any one else and times are as per your choice, Whereas shuttle bus are shared with others, times are based on our operations depending on flights, locations and other factors and off-course the price is way cheaper when compared to a private transfer.
