We do not have a fixed run, All our shuttle buses change and adopt to the demands, flights, number of people booked etc, However when you choose a time we shall do our very best to match the same or the closest

The reason why we ask the flight details during the booking is that we monitor the flight status and manage the pick up accordingly, Rest assured that we make sure we pick you from the airport.

As mentioned earlier every day is different and we operate on demands, Mostly our 1st bus leaves from Port Douglas at 6.00am and the last around 18.00hrs from the airport.

No, once you have made the booking either on our website or thru our office we shall send you a booking confirmation to your registered email, however we strongly encourage that you keep an eye on the email if there is a change of pick up you will be notified via the email, however if you have not received anything from us then the original time stands.

We don't give out our drivers contact details, however please remember that thus is a shuttle bus picking customers at various locations, traffic conditions and weather can make the bus to be delayed by 5-10 minutes and we appreciate your understanding that we don't guarantee the pick up time, however if you see its delayed more then 15 minutes then please feel free to call us.

Please collect your bags and wait at Carousel 3, If you don't see our driver don't panic, he must be either loading the luggage of other customers or meeting, Please be patient and he will come looking for you and has your name/contact details.

All our vehicles are not required to have a baby seat by law, however if you request we are happy to have it for you.

Simply choose the closest hotel/backpackers/resort or mention the correct pick up address in the special request section, We do not pick from private house or outside the city zone.

Please inform us earlier so we can come prepared arrange.

All our coaches are standard and are not designed with required wheel chairs etc.

The roads are very nice to drive, This is one of the most scenic highways you will ever drive on, as it winds on the coast of the tropical rainforest beaches and has long windy roads.

Sorry no cash is accepted, only online booking, the reason is because then we can organise our operations.

As mentioned on the booking and and also on our booking terms, Our shuttle bus operates on demands, flight schedule, traffic, weather, etc hence change of times are expected.

Private transfers are exclusive coach just for you and not shared with any one else and times are as per your choice, Whereas shuttle bus are shared with others, times are based on our operations depending on flights, locations and other factors and off-course the price is way cheaper when compared to a private transfer.
